What is leukocyte adhesion deficiency? Leukocyte adhesion deficiency is a rare inherited immunodeficiency which develops because a group of immune cells called phagocytes fail to bind to the blood vessel wall, and therefore cannot get to the site of inflammation or tissue injury.
